I am passionate about the use of data, artificial intelligence, machine learning to personalise travel experiences, to see the impossible and complex become possible. So that everyone booking travel around the world feels like they were being treated as an individual. Today, I am driven to excite and influence the travel industry that this is the world they need to create – Inspire the traveller with what is unique, then deliver the unique experience (INEX)

A varied career that seen me:

  • Establish a BI visualisation & development centre of excellence, delivering insights and reports to over 500 users within 18 months

  • Embedding a data-driven culture throughout a global product organisation, tracking the usage and value of products to ensure the right direction is taken for 65,000 customers and ensuring the optimisation of our R&D fund

  • Responsible for the commercialisation of data and insights to customers that generate 45,000,000 travel bookings annually. Contributing to some customers growing by 15%
